Sitting and Walking Meditation Practice
Our weekly sangha practice will include 20-minutes of sitting followed by 10-minutes walking and again 20-minutes of sitting. When this silent practice period concludes, we will hear a short teaching and have time for sharing about our practice. All levels of experience (or no experience) are welcome. Donation Requested

Morning of Mindfulness Practice
Our Morning of Mindfulness practice typically includes two sessions of sitting meditation, outdoor walking meditation, a teaching, and sharing the practice with each other. All levels of experience (or no experience) are welcome. Donation Requested

Recitation of the Fourteen Mindfulness Trainings
Join a global community of practitioners to recite the Fourteen Mindfulness Trainings of the Order of the Interbeing. This recitation is completed online/phone and anyone is welcome. Visit the recitation page for more information.
